Stage 7: Go live and training Your ‘go‑live’ marks the point your practice begins dispensing through ProScript Connect. Go live day also forms the first day of your training and support programme, giving your team hands‑on guidance as you move into live dispensing and continuous working. Training and support are delivered across two dedicated on‑site days, designed to help your team build confidence progressively — first through supported live working, and then through focused follow‑up training once you’re up and running.

What’s covered across the two sessions

Together, you will: • Review and complete your go‑live readiness checklist • Carry out end‑to‑end testing of dispensing workflows • Begin live dispensing in ScriptCheck • Receive hands‑on guidance and coaching throughout the day

On go live day, your Enlivio trainer will be on site to support your team as you begin dispensing through ScriptCheck. The focus of the day is helping your dispensary move confidently into live working, reinforcing core workflows and providing real‑time support.

This session uses your live system and real workflows, ensuring learning is practical, relevant and immediately applicable to day‑to‑day dispensing.
