Book your installation and training

Once your order is placed, the next step is to book your installation and training — both will take place on the same day.

It’s important that you book your slot within two weeks of placing your order, as we can only hold your order for this timeframe. If a booking isn’t made, your order may be cancelled.

Your appointment will include a remote installation followed by a half day training session. You’ll also receive a simple step-by-step guide to help you prepare. After booking, keep an eye on your inbox — your confirmation will arrive in a separate email. You’ll also get a reminder one week

before your appointment — and on the day itself, we’ll let you know when we’re on our way. If plans change, don’t worry — you can easily reschedule via Enlivio Go. To do so, open your work order and select reschedule from the bottom right corner.
