Await contact from our scheduling team Once your order is placed, there’s nothing you need to book straight away. Within up to 7 working days, our Delivery Operations team will be in touch to arrange a suitable date and time for your on‑site training. This will take place on the same day as your remote installation. Your appointment will include a remote installation followed by a half day training session. You’ll also receive a simple step-by-step guide to help you prepare. Once everything is scheduled, you’ll receive a confirmation email. You’ll also get a reminder one week before your appointment — and on the day itself, we’ll let you know when we’re on our way.
