Surface information to pharmacists and capture patient feedback at the point of dispensing PharmOutcomes is a flexible, secure web-based service management tool that supports data entry for pharmacists when delivering locally and nationally commissioned services such as flu vaccines or minor illness consultations. Known also as Outcomes4Health, this tool was the solution of choice in primary care and mass vaccination centres for recording COVID-19 vaccinations.
