Inform in action Patient Access Medications Assistant

Delivering an unsponsored menopause campaign via our Medications Assistant functionality within Patient Access, we aimed to raise awareness and support those on hormone replacement therapy (HRT). Across a 12-month period, we delivered a monthly article through our platform to those patients whose Electronic Health Record (EHR) showed they were prescribed HRT.

Within the first month, we recorded over 100,000 opened emails, equating to 71% engagement from our target audience. Across the year, we recorded an average open rate of 57% for all articles in the campaign.
