Inform in action ProScript Connect

Partnering with a global pharmaceutical company, we introduced a direct to patients campaign, initiated when one of their medications was dispensed in pharmacy. At this point, an alert was surfaced to the pharmacist within their ProScript Connect system, linking them to a resource that could be printed and handed to the patient. This included a QR code which allowed the patient to easily navigate to the organisation’s website for further guidance on their medication, with the aim of improving adherence and patient outcomes.

Over the 15 months we ran this campaign, we had approximately 700,000 alerts viewed within the system. This equated to 50% of all website traffic for the company during the campaign period.
