This supports safer decision making and improves the patient’s experience as the clinician is fully informed.” You can access and edit patient records on the go, add care plans, take pictures and upload them into the care record. You can even save records and work offline if required, then sync back to the master patient record in EMIS Web when you have connectivity, reducing the need to return to base.
